So what's the big deal with having a website. We have listed only some of the benefits below. There are tons of them.

The website can be additional advertising for your off-line product. You can have your website address (or URL) in a tv or radio ad (that lasts 30 seconds) and they will come and look at your ad for a minutes and if it is a good site, then longer.
Your website can also answer any of the commonly asked questions people may have about your product. Don't believe me? Think of a product you saw on tv. If you remember their web address then check it out.
The web works all the time, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It is like a salesman that never gets tired. The only thing you have to pay is your charge to connect to the internet.
E-mail is one of the most cost efficient ways that you can find to follow-up with your customer.

What a website won't do.

A website won't change it's content by itself...you still have to update your site.
Something to remember now, write it down. The internet sometimes makes you think that you are by yourself, in a vacuum. Guess what? You aren't, your actions will reflect on you and your website. If you treat people bad, then they will treat you bad and tell their friends. Guess what.....no visitors = no money, and no fun.
Make you rich overnight. Your goal should be to take it slow. Have a realistic goal.
